Adesina Adegbite
He graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife in 2002 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2004; He has handled several matters in the High Courts of various states in the federation, Federal High Courts and has handled several matters at the appellate courts i.e. both the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He is a seasoned mediator and arbitrator. He has extensive experience in civil litigation and commercial law practice. He is very active in the activities of the Nigerian Bar Association, and he is a past General Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association, Ikeja Branch. He is also a member of the International Bar Association and has attended several International Conferences on International Trade and Investment as well as Arbitration Law. He is the immediate Past National Welfare Secretary, Nigerian Bar Association (the Umbrella body of all legal practitioners in Nigeria).
He holds an LLM degree from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, with specialty in International trade and Investment law, and Aviation and Communication Law. He is a Chartered Mediator – An Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC). He is the Managing Partner of AAC.
Timothy O. Adereti
He graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife in 2002 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2004; He has worked as a Legal Officer in the defunct Nigerdock Plc. He has extensive experience in commercial law practice and real estate practice. He heads the Real Estate department of AAC.
He holds an LLM degree from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, with specialty in Carriage of Goods Law, Marine Insurance Law, and Aviation and Communication Law. He is a senior and founding Partner in AAC.
Chika Nwachukwu-Macbenson
He graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2004; He has extensive experience in commercial law and real estate practice. He holds an LLM degree from the University of Hull, England with specialty in Civil International Law and International Commercial Law. He is a Partner in AAC.
Nelly Silver-Ajalaye (Mrs)
She graduated from the University Benin where she obtained her LLB in 2005 and was called to the bar in 2007. She has undergone several courses in alternative dispute resolutions; holds Master of Law (LLM) degree from the University of Lagos with specialisation in Intellectual Property Law. She has appeared before several State High Courts, Federal High Courts and appellate courts in different jurisdictions in Nigeria. She is a skilful Arbitrator and Negotiator. She is versed in drafting various agreements and also a sound advocate in civil and criminal litigation. Nelly was appointed a Notary Public in 2014. She is a Senior Associate in AAC.
Monday Elele
He was called to the bar in 2008 after attending the University of Ado-Ekiti where he obtained his LLB in 2007. He has garnered a lot of experience in general litigation both civil and criminal, legal drafting, legal research and writing of legal opinions. He has appeared before several State High Courts, Federal High Courts and appellate courts in different jurisdictions in Nigeria. He is a thorough bred and has good knowledge of the Nigerian Legal system. He is a Senior Associate in AAC.
Olaitan Olawale Olajire
He graduated from the University of Lagos, Lagos State in 2009 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2010; He is also an Institution of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria’s certified Associate Accounting Technician (AAT), which gives him the ability to understand commercial agreements and otherwise complex commercial transactions with ease. He has appeared before several State High Courts, Federal High Courts and appellate courts both in the Southern and Northern Nigeria where he has developed a unique experience and understanding of the Nigerian Legal system. He has excellent research skills, the ability to spot underlying facts and has handled extensive criminal and civil litigation, corporate and property law matters as an Associate in AAC. He is an Associate in AAC.
Taiwo Hassan
He was called to the bar in 2012 after attending the Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos, where he obtained his LLB in 2011. He has also garnered a lot of experience in general litigation both civil and criminal, legal drafting, legal research and writing of legal opinions during his National Youth Service in the Rivers State Ministry of Justice, Port-Harcourt before joining AAC in November, 2013. Since he joined the AAC, he has appeared before several State High Courts, Federal High Courts and appellate courts in different jurisdictions in Nigeria. He is a fast learner and has good knowledge of the Nigerian Legal system. He is an Associate in AAC.
