Our clientele spans all the areas covered by our practice. Our corporate clients are mostly foreign multinational companies and Commercial Banks. Our lawyers are well trained in project management and also act for clients in the private and public sectors, and represent them in various courts.

Complaints procedure

Although we pride ourselves on efficiency and client satisfaction, sometimes disagreements may occur. By our firm’s Practice Model, any Lawyer to whom any of your matters is assigned is required to inform you of our complaint procedure.

Therefore, in the event that you have reservations with the level of service you get, you are enjoined to formally notify the lawyer in writing and copy the Head of Chambers with a view to finding an acceptable and amicable solution.

Should you still remain unsatisfied; the matter will then be referred to the Managing Partner (Mr. Adesina Adegbite), who has overall responsibility for dealing with all complex complaints within the office. This will be swiftly dealt with and a reply forwarded to you within two working days.
